Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Trackable service with delivery updates

Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Basic tracking available

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your watersports equipment. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how it works:

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Neoprene Gloves
  • Rash Vests
  • Buoyancy Aids
  • Life & Impact Vests
  • Thermo & Neo products

These items are clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

I would like to request a return/exchange for my recent order (#[Your Order Number]). Below are the details:

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping address
  • Any special instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • Items are in original condition with all tags
  • Include the original packing slip or order confirmation
  • Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package
  • Ship your return to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days after processing

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Timeline

After we receive your return:

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: 3-5 business days for processing plus your bank’s processing time (typically 3-10 business days)
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable except for defective/wrong items

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return
  • If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund
